By signing and uploading the responses to your questionnaire, you are voluntarily sharing this information with MeLi MeThoDS, LLC for the sole purpose of receiving science-based educational guidance. Your responses will be reviewed by a qualified scientist - not a physician - to help you better understand your own health data.
